3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment.

  • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, cards, wallets, or other accepted methods.

  • Prices are fixed at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes (if any).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within the timeframe communicated during purchase.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund

  • Due to the sacred and energized nature of Rudraksha, gemstones, and puja products, returns and refunds are not accepted once products are energized or used.

  • Exchanges are only allowed if the product is damaged during delivery or an incorrect item is received. Proof (photo/video) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch, subject to deduction of transaction/administrative charges.
