At Shubh Ratn Rudraksha Kendra, Rishikesh, we value your trust and strive to provide only authentic, high-quality spiritual products and services. Due to the sacred and energized nature of our items, we follow a limited return and refund policy as explained below:
1. Non-Returnable Products
Rudraksha beads, malas, gemstones, yantras, and energized items cannot be returned once sold, as they are spiritually activated and personalized.
Puja rituals, consultations, and energization services are non-refundable once performed or booked.
2. Return / Exchange Eligibility
We allow return or exchange only in the following cases:
The product is damaged during transit.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
In such cases:
Customers must share proof (photo/video) of the damaged or incorrect product within 24 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange for an exchange or issue a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if:
The order is canceled before dispatch.
The product is out of stock and cannot be delivered.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days, after deducting any applicable transaction/administrative charges.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been dispatched or energized.
Once energized or shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
5. Important Notes
Natural variations in color, size, and texture of Rudraksha beads or gemstones are normal and not considered defects.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events beyond our control.
Customers are requested to carefully choose products after consultation, as suitability may vary from person to person.
